King of the Popups, Chef Ludo Lefebvre, plans to end Pop-up life
Apparently after a great time in his native region of Burgundy in France with Anthony Bourdain, Chef Ludo has decided it's time to move on away from the pop-up world, and Ludo Bites.
While there to film an episode of the last "No Reservations" with Bourdain, Ludo felt he should get more back to his roots, and perhaps even open a French-style truck stop in Los Angeles.
Additional reports can be seen in The Braiser, as well as in the Washington Post.
